Help me with my guitar pedalboard order
So far this is what I have in my pedal board rig:
Eventide Pitch Factor with 1 ernie ball VP to control whammy effects
Vox Satchurator
TC voicetone Correct (for vocals)
TC voicetone Harmony G (for vocals)
Line 6 M13 stompbox modeler with 1 ernie ball VP in the expression pedal jacks on M13
Amp: Jsx combo
Can someone suggest a good pedal order?
Should I use an A/B/Y splitter box for the vocal fx pedals? (one guitar signal goes to the voicetone pedals, and then the other signal to the other effects and to the amp)
Should the eventide go before the vox?
Where should the compressor go in the signal chain: first or toward the end before the delays and reverbs?
I'm planning on using the Jsx's fx loop for all the modulation, delay, and reverb fx.....putting a compressor, pitchfactor, vox before the amp, maybe using an ABY splitter box to feed a split guitar signal to the voicetone vocal pedal fx that will ultimately feed my vocal mic to the PA board. The harmony G needs a guitar signal so the pedal can track the harmonies based on the chords I am playing.
One Ernie ball VP is connected to the M13 to control fx and the other VP is connected to the Pitch factor for the whammy effects.
Is this pretty much the typical order you would set these kinds of pedals up??
If not, please tell me your suggestions and why.
