How to contact Roland?

(Yeah, I know, it is the wrong forum for this, but it IS the one here where it is most relevant )

Anyone know how it is possible to contact Roland (email is preffered, I live in Norway, and lack both english fluency and money to pay the phone bill, if I have to call them)? I know the question sounds stupid, but take a look at their webpage, it is f***ing bulletproof when it comes to possibilities to contact physical persons!

I was just going to buy a GR-33 when they released a new guitar synth as well (GR-20, when did "upgrades" or whatever it is recieving lower numbers than oder versions? ), with a new GK-3 pickup. So I wondered if the "old" GR-33 and VG-88 will be replaced, and if not if the GR-3 is backward compatible.

Thanks a lot. The topic is so fresh that I am not sure if the people in Norway are updated. UK should be good though... Thanks again!
