How to eliminate background noise on some POD XT presets ?

Hi everyone. When using some presets of my POD XT with different amps, I have a background noise/murmur appearing (such as : 1C with Amp 7, 6C with Amp 7, 10 A with Amp 8,...). I've tried without the compressor, but the bakcground noise/murmur is still here and can be heard. Do you know how to eliminate this background noise/murmur ? Many thanks in advance.

That's not why I've bought the POD XT for . Anyone in a position to give real help ?

Try a noise gate (on the pod)

That's just the result of buying the XT and not the Original... Your going to have to tag a DBX 166XL on to it.
