. Ive studied and trained in the fields of classical guitar and jazz guitar. Ive taught myself the blues and Ive taught myself how to lay Jazz, Funk and Blues style bass. With all this, I still have very little knowledge of what equipment to get. I dont know much about equipment. Recently a friend told me that a band doesnt even need good amps, just a kickass P.A./Speaker System and bridge all the sound through that. I am the bass player in my band and I stick most to jazz/funk style. I was wondering if anyone could help me out with what equipment to get. Guitars, amps, speakers, everything. I would very much appreciate it.
