Appears to be an rg570 FM which is also what the picture is named. Its got quite a bit of player and fret wear too, and Iwouldnt pay more than 300 dollars for it to be honest.

It's an RG570. Not really in great condition though. I would consider a lower price for it if you were going too buy.

Re: IBANEZ RG what model

507 would be a seven string, and since this isn't, I would just trust them on saying that it's a 570. I joined the Ibanez bandwagon a bit late, missing out on the golden age of locking studs. XP

Re: IBANEZ RG what model

My bad. lol I have a bad habit of assuming guitars are seven strings when the model number ends in a 7. ;p

Re: IBANEZ RG what model

But yeah, by the looks of it (and info from the Ibanez '98 catalog ;-)) the RG570 was the only RG in production in 1998 that had rosewood fretboard with dots, HSH configuration, and an Edge trem.

Re: IBANEZ RG what model

Its not a 507 its probably a mistype. This is a rg570 FM Fm stands for flame maple. It could be a custom body but i doubt it it really does look factory. Thats still too much money for an rg like the one in the picture and you should consider purchasing from the United States if possible
