Ibanez Tube Screamer

Hey guys,
Sorry if this has been posted before but I wanted some advice on my next purchase. I want to buy a tubescreamer to put on my lead channel on my amp (Carvin V3). I like to play stuff like Racer X, Vai, Dream Theater and other bands/solo artists along those lines. The tube screamers I'm looking at are...The TS-808 reissue, TS-10, TS-9 and TS9DX. I don't really know the tonal differences between the pedals or if one was generally better than the other so I wanted to know if anyone could tell me what they felt would be better for the tone I'm looking for or is just an overall better pedal. Thanks
