I'm stuck on the Brunetti Rockit power amp
Hi, I'm picking up a rack PA for my home recording studio and do not know what to choose. Since the are a great deal expensive, I'm goinng to buy one used. Now I found a Brunetti Rockit on sale for $560. Many parameters suit my needs: it's 120W mono/2x60W stereo, weights 4 kg, Brunetti is a fine brand, not to say excellent, the amp it's half-valve though. I found few reviews on it since it's rather new.
At the same time, I can also get a used VHT 2502 for $600 or a Tube Works Provalve 2x50 for $450 that are fully valve. But in this case I will need to upgrade the transforer from 110 to 220V.
And finally I was offered a mesa twony twony for $950 including the transformer converter, which is still too expensive for me.
So I'm thinking horribly wether to buy that half valve Brunetti or the VHT or the Tube Works.
So would you like to talk me off the Brunetti for the sake of the VHT or the Tube Works?
