JSX combo

Anybody know how much it's gonna be, or where it will be available?

Re: JSX combo

when i said where, i meant when. I already have a recto half stack, and am looking for a combo for easy transportation. I'm thinking of a Fender Hot Rod Deluxe, but I want to see what the JSX combo will be like, or if any other cool stuff will be coming out at NAMM.

Re: JSX combo

sorry I was talkin to Uthark cause he said the head was $799 but I can only find it for $1,199. So I was wondering who the heck is selling it for that cheap!

Re: JSX combo

I got a JSX last month after searching for a long time for a 3 channel head. I played Mesas, Marshalls and the Peavey XXX, and couldn't find an amp that had everything I wanted (my budget was $1500). If the combo sounds like the head, GET IT!

Re: JSX combo

I was wondering when the combo would be out. Does this mean that there will be JSX Cabs too? I bought the head in August. I really like it, but I wish I had a matching cab.

Re: JSX combo

The matching 4x12 cab is supposed to be released at summer NAMM (according to Guitar World)

Re: JSX combo

I've got my JSX dialed in through a 1960B loaded with 70 watt G12 speakers. I don't believe I'll buy a new cab just for looks.

Re: JSX combo

i played the combo and the head at NAMM - i didn't like the combo. it wasn't even close to the sound of the head. i know it was the same with the 5150 combo and the XXX - they were just different tones than the head versions. i'll even bet that the Legacy combo and head sound different as well.
i am going to buy the JSX head in the coming month. i played it and was sold on the tones and features. i played the combo first (i like combos because they are easier to carry around) and was hoping it was going to light my fire but it sadly didn't. i plugged into the JSX head for kicks since i already had a nice tube head and was so impressed i came home from NAMM and sold my 5150 head (tone was never there anyway) so i can buy the JSX.
i haven't found a high gain combo that i couldn't live without yet. let me know if you do - i'd be interested to try it.
