Laney 4x12 cab w/H&H speakers..info please!

Hey guys!
I'm shopping around for a cab to go with my new rig { Rocktron Chameleon preamp and some power amp (maybe a Velocity 300) }, and i found a Laney 4x12 cab at a local shop. It's got all H&H speakers, runs 300 watts at 8 ohms, and is a stereo cab. It's only a few years old. It has rugged blue hard exterior, and a neat metal grille on the front. I'm friends with a guy that works there, and he said i could have it for a little under $250. Does anyone know anything about this cab or H&H speakers? I play rhythm and lead in a heavy prog band, by the way.
Also, is it possible to fit a 4x12 in a Honda Accord { in the trunk or back seat}? I was initally thinking of getting a 2x12 since it would be a lot easier to haul around, but most 2x12's that i've found cost just as much as a 4x12!

Wow, I actualy have that cab! different color though.
I've been very pleased with the sound, nice and tight with good response all around.

Other than that, I realy don't know much about it.

Honestly, I don't know how it compares with other cabs, but I'd pay $250 for it if I needed one.
