Joe Satriani’s latest studio CD, Strange Beautiful Music, is now available, and his European and U.S. tour has started.
In addition to the PAF Pro and Fred installed on Chrome Boy, Joe played a number of other DiMarzio pickups on the new CD. He used a pair of Virtual P-90s on Red Dog, a pair of gold-covered Virtual PAFs on a gold JS, Bluesbuckers on a rainbow JS, a set of Virtual Ts, and the first PAF Pro 7 and Fred 7 on a prototype Ibanez 7-string.
