Locking nut attachment bolts missing

I ordered a gotoh floyd rose off of this guitar parts website and recieved it today, and I noticed that the bits that attach the locking nut to the neck were not included. Shouldn't I have recieved them with everything else or can I pick them up somewhere else cheap?
