Looking for a walkman type practice amp with click...

I thought Zoom made one, but apparently they don't (looking at the catalogue).

I want something to practice with while I'm away from home. Must be small and portable, have a variable click, and built-in distortion would be nice

Anyone know of such a product ?

Thanks

http://www.korg.com/gear/info.asp?A_PROD_NO=PX4

Has rhythms that range from 40 to 208 BPM, but says nothing specifically of a "click track" or metronome.

I don't know if the older versions have the same features, but you can find old Pandoras all day for under $100 used. The Pandora I had was about the size of a tuner, so this is definitely a small unit, and the features are pretty numerous.

Korg Pandora series has that and more. You can find the used Pandora Px1's and 2's for under $100.00 US (I found mine for $75.00) They have several gan types, cabinet emulation, chorus, flanging, delay, you name it. Plus Drum machine built in and a tuner. Multiple inputs so you can play to your CD player or walkman and about half the size of the orig. Rockman. http://search.ebay.com/search/search...y=Korg+Pandora these are whats up on ebay right now...

I have my eye on the PX4. I've had a PX2 for a few years and it sounds great (especially when plugged into a shelf stereo system) but the PX4 is more "tweakable" by a long shot. It also has built in drum and bass accompaniment but you aren't stuck with a pre-programmed key. There's also a phrase sampler. It's probably the best thing out there for the practicing and student guitarist.

The PX3 has a phrase sampler as well... along with the drum and bass accompaniment.
And, you can probably find it for a few bux cheaper than the 4.

The Zoom PS-02 does this, and records on Smart Media cards.

Korg Pandora (PX4) or a POD. The Digitech RP100 is really neat too.

Get the PX4. Much better than the 3 (which I have) $200 new.

Mmm, had a look around and the PX4 seems the best bet...even new it's not too expensive at £129. I'll probably pick one up at the weekend. Thanks guys.
