Looking for Effects Help

I'm looking for a a pedal or something, (I'm not well versed in effects), that has a compressor, delay, phase. I want it to be able to use my amps distortion and not the distortion of the pedal/processor. I don't want to spend a ton of money either. Any suggestions?
