Loopers

Maybe im being something of a dullard, but i can find surprisingly little information on loopers on the net. Im aware of the echoplex, the line 6 dl4 and the boomerang phrase sampler, but as for the fundimental differences between them, pros cons etc i dont know.

Can anyone give me a basic run down on the loopers there are to offer, or maybe some links to some reviews?
