Marshall 1960B cab....

Hey guys!
A student/friend of mine has the oppportunity to buy a Marshall 1960B cab for $400.... is this a good price? I believe it's in good shape, too.
Also, he's using a Crate Blue VooDoo 100 watt head. Could he use the 1960B cab with it? See, the cab is a 50-watt. Coupled with the 100 watt head, would that cause problems?
Lastly, do these cabs even sound good?

Marshall 1960B cab, I have one, it's 300 watts, not 50. I like them, they're very good cabs. I bought mine new for $530, so if it's in really good shape it's a good deal.

If you donīt have the money for the real blasting ones (Mesa Recto, Bogner Uber,...) you got a good price.
