Morley Whammy pedal - Wouldn't this be nice??

Now that Vai has commissioned a Morley volume pedal to follow the Bad Horsie (just picked one up...cool pedal), next let's see a whammy from Morley. *It seems that since the original WH-1 passed away, Digitech can't seem to get it quite right. *I think Morley has the quality if they could get the electronics right. *Now, just need to come up with a cute name...

I don't think you'll ever see that happen. I belive the Whammy is on it's way out. For a few reeasons.
First, the price is way too high for what you get.
Second, anyone with a harmanizor or pitch shifter with an expresion pedal can do the same thing and it sounds a heck of alot better.
Finally, most multi-effect bords can do what the Whammy does and only cost a few bucks more.

I bought a Whammy hooked it up with my G-3 and realized that my G3 can do all this stuff and I took the Whammy right back!

BUT, if Morley does ever make something like the Whammy thay may want to name it "Ya-Yo Gak".
