Multi effect with MIDI Clock sync ?

Is there something out there like a multi-effect rack unit that will allow me to sync time-based effects like delays using an external MIDI source? I'm thinking of replacing my old Rocktron Intellifex cuz it's a pain in the ass to program and I want something that will automatically sync with my recording software...
