My ENGL thunder 50 reverb

Having had this for quite sometime now i thought i'd let you know how good it is,i can get pretty much the same tones and sounds that i could from a tri-amp (obviously without the extra channels) and the ENGL easily copes with low A tunings on my 7620.

I'm hoping to get a decent mic and do some sound clips soonish so you can request differant styles you'd like to hear (if i can play it lol)

i know its not a mini review but will add more info on the Amp once i have some sounds for you to hear as well :-)

Rob (still loving german engineering)

I'm considering same amp since price is reasonable and I've heard good thigs about it. Any other opinions?

Uh... And how does it compare to Engl Screamer?

Also possibly interested in Marshall DSL401 combo. I play anything from Knopfler to Eric Johnson to G'n'R to Dream Theater so veratility would be good (like there is any...).

I have not much experience with tube amps, do these sound good with SansAmp GT-2 used to boost distortion (or provide it all when not playing loud)?
