NAD! Back for my Legacy combo

Picked up a Legacy VL100 head and C212E from craigslist today for 4 bills. Perfect backup for my VL212 combo. Pretty good shape and has a brand new set of Groove tubes. The cab is loaded with a V30 and a GT12. We'll see how it performs tonight at band practice.

Thread should have read BACKUP. Every bit the beast like the combo. Just sounds great with my BOSS ME-70 and an RG750 with original JEM Evolutions. Couldn't be happier.

Been looking for a backup and something smaller to haul back and forth to practice. Was considering a V3 micro combo when I ran across the head and cab on cl. The guy bought it new in '00 or '01. He played it in a cover band in upstate New York. The V30 and G12 were installed new in '07 and the tubes replaced a month ago. All receipts included. Just couldn't pass it up. The Legacy just works so well for me and sounds immaculate. People think it's just a Vai amp but I can get everything from Rhoads to Van Halen to Megadeth sounds out of it with the ME-70 and I do NOT use the amp sims. Plus it is ungodly LOUD. Absolutely love the Legacy.

$400 for the head and cab?!?!?!? holy crap - what deal!!! amazing score! I have a VL100 and it is a great amp - I don't think I would ever sell mine - a great amp for sure...congrats on getting an amazing deal!
