Need power amp suggestions

My Rocktron Velocity 300 is starting to fizzle out. I'm looking for suggestions on power amps. I'm trying to keep the cost below $500. I don't care if it's new or used. I like using amps that have a lot of headroom. So, for tubes amps, they need to be at least 50w per side. For solid state, I'd preferably like 150w per side.

So fire away!

I've got a Peavey Classic 50/50, which is pretty good bang-for-the-buck. Switchable impedence on the speaker outs, XLR direct line outs, bridgeable to 100 Watts mono. And it sounds pretty good for a Peavey.

I'd really like to hear the new Carvin TS100. It's a little more pricey, but still not bad at $529.

Mesa Boogie 50/50 (50 watts per side). You can find them 2nd-hand in the $400-450 range.
