Well I finally went ahead and got a nice tube amp after my years of pimpin little Line 6 junk. At the same time I found my first Craigslist bargain. Got this Carvin Legacy in very good shape for $600. Works perfect. It has beautiful tone both clean and with gain. Very smooth, nice clean tones. Especially with a coil split Air Norton . The gain channel is nice. Great Shreddy Vai (go figure) type tone. Not enough gain for the all out brutal stuff. More hot rodded Marshal tone. but I have a bloody murder modded SD-1 on the way to help in that department and am also working on getting a seprate preamp for the broootalz. Then I will use the Legacy as a power amp and bypass it's preamp for the one I get. Also the thing can get nice and bluesy. Here are some pics.

Nice man, what a deal. I just bought mine new but not a halfstack I got the 2x12 and yes Collin the thing can blow womens clothes off on like 2 or 3 haha.
