New Bad Horsie, rig sounds crummy now - ohhhhhhh noooooooo.

Okay folks here's the deal. *I just went out and bought a Bad Horsie (from Guitar Center, the lady there said "Whatever is not on sale, I can put on sale" *and I picked up the pedal for $85.)
So anyway, here was my old floor setup. *Dunlop Crybaby into EB Volume pedal into DS-1 into amp. *No problems, just didnt like the Crybaby range, not be a crybaby about it or anything *
So I swapped the Dunlop for the Morley. *Started playing and hit the DS-1 and got blown away by all kinds of noise yelling back at me. *SHEESH! *So after juggling stuff around on AC and battery and rearranging the effects order, I have determined the DS-1 can no longer be part of my rig without some massive noise reduction. *That stinks because there goes my rythm playing. *Now it's leads or nothing.
Question one - anyone have an idea why the Morley causes so much noise and the Dunlop didnt?
Question two - if there is no other solution, what kind of noise reduction should I use?

My only negative results from the Bad Horsie came when I used the AC adapter. Battery has been just fine though I was just using a standard adapter though. I believe that Morley uses a slightly different amperage than the norm, thus you should only use their AC adapter, if you want to use one. My 2¢

I haven't had any noise problems from mine. I use the Morley ac adapter. You may want to check all your cords.

Okay, Im an idiot. *I swapped all the connections except the AC into the wah. *Running on battery I have no probs with the DS-1 where it should be. *I guess I gotta get the Morley AC now.
Thanx guys, I just needed to jog my brain for a moment.
