traded mah '02 jp for this axis today. (going to miss the JP) bought in the late summer. mint
as my style gets more and more away from the heavies & shred, i find the axis to feel more comfortable for what i play. the JP has an amazing neck, better than any of the new jp's i have owned / played. the prob is, my red axis is my main guitar, and switching from it to the jp and vise versa is a little weird on the hands.. overall, the jp is a killer guitar, but the axis just suits my fingers better. i will definitely miss that sweet petrucci'esque tone you can get from the neck pickup of a JP.
i've had the red axis for a bit over a year and love it to death.
also in the pics is mah lonestar special.. there is a 112 cab sitting behind it, but not hooked up at the moment. the beta 57 in the pic was only 120$ canadian! what a snag of a deal..
any suggestions for what i should write or stick ontop of that wad of duct tape?? (its covering up excess line from the power adapters..)
