New tubes for MKIIC+...

What brand and modell tubes would best be suited to use in a MKIIC+?

JJ/ Tesla, Sovtek, or Electro Harmonix, those are the ones I've used and like.

Are all those brands similar to one another? Or do they have specific charactaristics?

I'm fond of Svetalana power tubes when it comes to EL34s, and have had great luck with JJ 6L6s. I've always used NOS Phillips/JAN 12AX7s and 12AT7s when I can find them, but just popped a set of Electro Harmonix 12AX7s in my Mark IV and they're very nice.
