I wonder if it sucks the tone out of my amp
like my old
Alesis quadraverb 4 effects unit does.
The alesis has great effects (pita to program!!!) but
I lose all alot of low end when it's engauged.Yes, I
checked all the hi/low freq. damp. setting and eq settings.
I'm looking at the all analog Ibanez ue405 unit made in the 80s
(comp, delay,chorus and par. eq).
I was hoping the fact it's analog would do a much better
job at keeping the original tone of the amp pure vs the digital units.
I'm running my effects through the effects loop in my amp.
My thinking is that it's basicly "peadls" in a rack unit.
Or ,should I just buy some
boss pedals instead??
Would they sound better??
Please let my know if you have tried these out...
