PC effect processors? - Are good?

I´m a little tired of my Korg A3 and don´t have enough money to buy a new one. I´m sure there are programmes through PC.Know a good one? Thanx.

theres one called revalver on harmony central its kinda a pod type thing with effects its pretty cool but there is some lag time from the time you pick till the time you here it, kinda like playing with a small amount of delay on, but cool none the less.
