Peavey Equipment now at Musicians friend

Did you guys see that Musicians friend is now offering all of peavey's products everything from amps to guitars. I thought it was kind of cool to see this happen.

*yawn* Up here in northern New England Peavey is about the only thing you can find with a decent selection. We have a local chain and I think its about all they sell. I didn't understand the excitement in the new catalog. Like I said, *yawn*. Now, if they started selling Mesa Boogie products(which Mesa won't allow), that would be interesting!

American Musical Supply is carrying Peavey now, too. The selection isn't great, but it's a start.

Yeah, I guess us NewEnglanders are ho-hum about Peavey since it's so available but I can understand areas where it's a new thing and exciting.
I don't know about you guys, but I LIVE for those new shiny catalogs in my mailbox!
I believe in time we may see more big companies appearing in the catalogs as it's a great avenue of distribution that remains largely untapped. The Northeast Regional Manager for Mesa Boogie is a personal friend of mine - Matt S. Gotta ask him if he's heard anything....
