peavey vs. line 6, digitech vs. boss....

hey everyone, just seeking a little help here. looking for a new amp, that can give me what i need a good sound for as cheap as possible. i play music along the lines of chevelle, deftones, disturbed, dream theater, flaw, godsmack, korn, linkin park, metallica, mudvayne, pantera, sevendust, staind, trapt, etc. i've narrowed it down between a peavey triple xxx and line 6 flextone II hd, but i can't choose between them. I don't really need the 3 channels of the peavey or the multiple amp models of the line 6, just a good clean channel and a good distortion channel. I like tube tone, and as long as the line 6 can get close to that it won't bother me. the one thing that interested me about the line 6 over the peavey is that it has effects built in, and considering my effects situation (its gettin out of hand, i have a tuner, wah, chorus, phaser, flanger, delay, reverb, and i might get some sort of pitch shifting device soon) i was wondering if anybody knows how much ground the line 6 can cover as far as effects i already have goes. this has also been making me look into a multi effects processor cause this is just crazy at this point. i'd basiclly want it to be able to provide what all my stompboxes do right now, and i've been lookin at the boss gt-6 and digitech gnx3. any help/opinions/advice would be GREATLY appreciated!
