Please, i need help!!!

I've been saving some money in order to buy some cool effects. I had the opportunity to test the Line 6 Pod 2.0 and i was blown away, great distortions and overall is fantastic. Then i heard that the Pod was also made in a rack version, the Line 6 Pod Pro, but it was discontinued through internet.
DO YOU GUYS KNOW OF ANY STORE THAT HAVES THE *LINE 6 POD PRO* ON STOCK OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT? PLEASE, HELP ME OUT. I'll be visiting Miami in a few weeks , please, let me know of stores in there.
thank you so much guys. Hope you can help me out.

Well, Line6 already built the follow up to Pod 2.0 (Pod XT) and Pod Pro (Pod XT Pro).

And I am sure, if you wait some time there will be the Pod Longhorn in the stores.

hey man, try the new POD XT Live, its like a floorboard with a POD build inside it. Its really great. not too much more then the POD XT plus you get the floorboard for quick changes.

For significantly less, you may want to have a listen to the Behringer V-Amp Pro as well. The general concensus of what I'VE read is that the POD is a little better, but the V-Amp is a LOT less, and they have a nice footpedal for a little over $100. I like the sounds in my V-Amp2 pretty well, and don't think they're worse overall than the original POD (though I never played an XT).

Thanks for all your replies.
Well, i have test the XT series and i really dont like those type of distortions, i think they sound a little vintage and im not into that type of sounds.
I love the Satriani tone, so you guys have a little idea.
Still need some help !

Anyone knows if the Line 6 Pod 2.0, purchased via internet comes with the respective adapter (Power supply)?

Hi,
The POD should come with a power supply, but you'll need to check that you're buying one suitable for your part of the world, i.e. one bought in the USA wouldn't be right for the UK.
The POD pro is a rackmount version of the POD V2, and is currently on offer in several UK shops - about £200, I suspect you can get good deals in the US as well
I use a pod xt pro (the rackmount version of a pod xt) and would be surprised if you can't get the sounds you want from it, the factory presets don't show it's potential.
I'd agree with the recomendation for the XT live - basically a pod xt with a footboard all in one... very convenient and good value.

Cheers
John P.
