POD 2.0 for 280 USD

I am offered a mint condition POD2.0 for $280.

Is this a good deal?

I was originally going to go for a POD but got a VOX TonelabSE instead. I love the Tonelab for playing live but not for recording.

Are the extra modelled amps that the POD have worth it for me to buy one?

I think that's a tad high for a 2.0

I've used the Tonelab before and I much prefer it over the POD.

I currently own an XT and I think you should just save up a lil more and get that instead.

IIRC the PODxt sells for $299 new, so $280 for a 2.0 is quite pricey.

Re: POD 2.0 for 280 USD

280 is WAY high for a 2.0... I just sold my PODv2.3 for 100 USD and that's pretty much where they are at at the auctions. If you're looking at spending that I'd go way of the XT as well, though keep in mind the USB upgrades are gonna run you another 100 online. It's been my understanding that the upgrades are pretty much essential, so that bumps you back up to 400 bones.

Gotta give it to Line6 with the platform and the upgrades... they are going to make a killing that way.

Hmm, I have a chance to pick up an XT for 380 Canadian (about 300 USD) with the model packs included, it seems like it's an alright deal?
