Pod XT Users - patch sharin' time!!

Fellow Pod XT users...some of us are better tweakers than others when it comes to this thing, let's all help each other out and share some sweet tones. I've been trying to get a very good heavy metal distortion tone but the ones that I like come out sounding grainy, probably because Im not very good at tweaking stuff. If anyone could help out with some of their fave patches, and Ill post a few of mine that I really dig, that would be sweet. Let's do it

Im in, POD XT Live is my rig at the moment. I'm trying to get back into a tube combo but I'm game for sharing my patches when I get back from work in another week.

I keep tweaking and tweaking so I'll uploaded 2 of my most used patches here http://www.tequila-king.com/pod/

The 1st one is a tweaked 'Soldano' tone. On my stock loaded cheapo Squier Tele I can get a really nice Rolling Stones type of crunch.

The 2nd one was, IIRC, a Petrucci tone I downloaded from thge Line6 tone library that I tweaked and tweaked

btw I normally play straight into a PC / Audacity so they may need tweaking if they're going through you rig. Having said that I played the 2nd of the uploaded tones through my mates JVM combo and even he, a bit of Marshall tone lover, liked what he heard
