Hey now. Im hoping someone could give me a little insight on controlling a
Digitech Whammy with the GT-6 through MIDI.
I plugged the MIDI out on the GT-6 into the MIDI in on the whammy, and they work together.
Problem is, trying to change the program map on the GT-6 is impossible. I've read through both units manuals heavily and still I can't get it to work right.
For right now, all the GT-6 can do is change the preset on the whammy in succession with the program numbers on the GT6. Which is not practical whatsoever.
I know I need to program the map so that certain patches on the GT6 will send the correct program change # to the preset I want it to. But if you try to do this on a GT-6, maybe you see what I mean.
I dunno...I really hope someone can help me!!!!
