Yes, I think it´s washer.

I mean those small plastics installed on the rack ears; 4 of that per rack unit.

The protector that avoids from ****ing the front panel.

I bought ones Friday, they´re very (I mean VERY) resistent, but
a little bigger than the ones I see.

Sounds like you mean those humfrees tabs. They kinda help to protect the rack ears, but their purpose is isolation...lol
