Anyone use Randall's, I'm intrested in hearing a new G3 series to see if they are good. Anyone have one?

Yeah, seems like they are ok if you can't afford a
tube amp
. However I've heard some people sound great on them like Tom Hess.

yeah dude dime could make one of those guitars u made in like 1st grade (with the rubber bands and Kleenex bow...you know) Sound metal. But Randall SUCK trust me. He used alot of EQ my friend, thats deffienetly not straight from Randall.

Yes, dime's tone sucks. If I had to use is gear, I wouldn't play guitar.

Yeah, but Randalls sounded better, back in the day, till they got bought out. Oddly, the only Randall that I've liked in the the last couple years has been a SS amp.

Man, I agree that some Randalls are just not that good, especially the G2/G3 series...but I've been using the MTS stuff for the last couple years and it's incredible stuff.
I had a Century 200II back in the day and it was a great head for what it was, but they go for significant bucks these days when you find 'em. There's better stuff for the money.
