Randall Cabinets

I'm also thinking of buying a Randall cabinet, but I don't even know how to research it online. *Its model number is: *R-412BC

Does anyone know if this is a good cabinet or not? *It has Celestion speakers, but I don't even know what kind. *All I know is that the model number is: *G12M-70.

I have some old Randall cabs loaded with the G12M-70's and I like them a lot. They are just beat to hell.

If you can get a good deal on the bottoms (straight front) I'd say go for it.

Top (slant fronts) sound funny to me. Me no likie.

Thanks for the reply! *What kind of speakers are the G12M-70's? *Are they greenbacks? *What would be a good deal for the cabinet?
