Randall RG50TC or Laney LV300H?

Hey, i have the opportunity to buy these two amps. One is the Laney LV300H and the other one is a Randall RG50TC. My question is wich should i get? Will i get good metal, vai, satch sound out of these? Thanks.

BTW, the randall is tube and the LV has tube preamp. Is the randall the way to go?
