Re-occuring problem with rig setup

I've been having alot of feedback occuring from my setup lately. Also the Amp doesn't seem to be getting any louder past 12o'clock.

I'm using a Peavey Bandit 112 Transtube with a Pod (delay/compression/EQ), Delay pedal and Noise Suppressor running through the effects loop.

I'm constantly getting feedback on the distorted channel.

Here's a setup of the rig:

The POD is for EQ, Compression, Reverb and Delay. I have the output at 3o'clock.

Any tips? Thanks in advance.

It's going to be very hard to tell what your problem is, but one thing I'd check for is on the POD, switch it over to the Line Input, and make sure the output is very low, otherwise, you'll have major output issues, which is what I had to deal with on my POD. I had accidentally bumped up the line input about 25% more than usual, and it was going crazy. Anyways, it's a small possibility that your problem is the line input, but it's still something to check...

two words - unity gain.
you need to make sure there is no gain going thru the FX loop. loops are not meant for gain devices. i have even been told it is bad for the loop to send gain devices thru them. i could be wrong - but this is what i've heard and in some amp manuals i have read that as well.
if you're not sending any extra gain in the loop, i'm not sure what it could be - i'm sure you will find an answer here - these guys are pretty on the spot about a lot of stuff. good luck.

Well, I double checked and theres no added gain going throug the FX.

It's a very smooth and tubey tone at recording/practicing levels. Almost Carvin [Legacy]-like....can't wait until I get my Legacy

What keeps popping up in my mind is that maybe this amp isn't th best for what I'm running through it. It's the newer model bandits (100 watts I believe)

I'm thinking I won't have this problem with an amp that's already loud, like the Legacy.
