Read the description for the Hellatone 60L. It appears that this may be the Celestion version of the speaker Mesa is using and why the Mesa has more grunt than most cabs with standard V30s.

The biggest tone you are going to get in a small package is the Legacy 2x12 with V30's. The Legacy 4x12 will sound as good as any other cab you are goin to A/B it with. Perhaps with the exception of the Krank.
