I'm using a a Soldano SL-60 through a fender tonemaster 4x12.
Guitar is a 70's Reissue strat. The low end attack and bite put my friend 50 watt Mesa to shame.
I really love the tone i've got at the moment, it's not perfect by any means, but it's a heavy bluesy crunchy tone.
Do a little research into the valves you use also,
I found Tung Sol 12AX7's in all four pre stages and 2 Sovtek KT66 in the output stage to be really nice.
