Re: recomend me a tuner
the turbo tuner looks to be the most powerful in the market at the moment
tracks really quickly
good investment methinks
i don't have one, but it sure looks good

iv got the tu-2 on my pedal board and it works absolutely fine, and its good for gig situations where you dont want the crowd to hear you tune

Korg Ptchblack, or Pitchblack+ if you need to use it for setup work too. Easy to use, looks cool, very accurate.

Re: recomend me a tuner
Try get one with a true bypass on it. That means when it's off and "out of the signal chain", it's actually OUT of the signal chain!
EDIT: Here are some with true bypass...
Turbo-Tuner (available as pedal) -
http://www.turbo-tuner.com/
DigiTech HardWire HT-2 (pedal tuner) -
http://www.digitech.com/products/Hardwire/HW_Tuner.php
Ibanez LU20BK (pedal tuner) -
http://www.ibanez.com/Electronics/model-LU20BK
Korg Pitchblack (pedal tuner) -
http://www.korg.com/Product.aspx?pd=295
(What looks like an input on the face of the tuner is actually the footswitch, it's a lighting illusion lol)
Theres also the Boss TU-2 (pedal tuner), but I'm not sure if it's True Bypass or not.

Re: recomend me a tuner
Another vote for the turbo tuner, It's accuracy is incredible - excellent for doing the intonation. Also, it's small, and the LED's are very bright.

Re: recomend me a tuner
I never saw or heard about a tuner that didn't works so any one of them works.
I use a Behringer racktuner. It's awesome, the only one Behringer equipment that works.
It's 6-7 strings tuner, bass tuner, you can change pitch to fit other tunings,it has a metronome that works with a led or sound,it has rack lights and you can plug 2 instruments.
It's cheap as hell and for that money it's unbeatible.

Re: recomend me a tuner
I'm actually getting Turbo Tuner for my birthday this week. Just ordered it. I want to start getting into doing my own set-ups and it seems like the best thing out there. It's cheaper than the peterson and comparable to most of the other mass marketted Korg and Planet waves models, more accurate than them all (though how accurate you can get with your tuners might even this out a little), small on the pedal board, seems sturdy and they claim a true by-pass that mutes your guitar when tuning...I don't see how it can be any better. I'll let you know if you still haven't purchased anything when it comes.

Re: recomend me a tuner
you wont find a better tuner than a peterson strobostomp 2, plus its got a 9v pedal output too! bit more expensive than most, but its just better than most.

Re: recomend me a tuner
I think the SS2 looks great. It has more features than the TT with its DI and the pedal output for daisychaining, but it's also $200 bucks and therein lies it's biggest drawback for me.
