Running a Valveking 100 through....?

Hi all. I have yet another question: Is it possible to run a 16 ohm cab and an 8 ohm cab at the same time (with a Valveking 100 head)?

If so, what impedance should I run it at? (Running cabs in parallel gives an impedance of ~5.3 Ohms, so should I use a 4 Ohm setting?)
