Man that's alot of rack gear

I'm sure you are saving your pennies for a nice rack case or cases, right?

Do you play out in a band?

Re: Show your "Current" Rigs of doom.. NO OLD PICS ALLOWED

All I've got is my phone camera, so sorry for the rubbish pics...

The Gate, DD-3 and Digiverb are in the loop and the Morley and TU-2 go in the front.

I'm still not 100% there with this (like I ever will be!) I'm getting rid of the Morley for an RMC Wizard because I don't get on with the switch on the side - I couldn't switch it off at a gig last friday cause of the Laney channel switch getting in the way! And I used to own a crybaby from hell so I'm used to the toe switch. It's also a bit of a space-hogger on the board...

I'm also thinking about ditching the Digiverb because for some reason it gives horrible feedback when it's in the loop and doesnt sound good when it's infront of the amp. I've also sort of realised I don't really need the reverb when playing live, I'm really just using it at home to simulate the sound of playing loud in a big room...

I just yesterday decided to try the smart gate in the loop and I don't know why I didn't try it before! It totally eliminates my amp's hiss with the drive on as well as gating my guitar signal. I also tried my housemate's NS-2 with the crossed cable method but I didn't like it as much.

I still can't say enough good things about the Weber MASS lite... I'm now thinking about taking it out to shows with me so I can drive my GH50L even MORE

Next on the list are a Voodoo Lab Pedal Power 2 and maybe a 6 band EQ...

Re: Show your "Current" Rigs of doom.. NO OLD PICS ALLOWED

Tried something new this morning. I an effort to make more noise. I ran 2 amps. The XTpro in one channel on the PA and mic'd my JSX on another channel. Then I used mild distortion on the JSX for the chorus's leaving the XTpro clean with chorus and delay the who time. It worked as well as I had hoped. It was a last minute idea, so i didn't get a chance to play with it alot. It's not quite the effect of 2 guitars, but it's close, especially with delay on only one amp.
