Re: Show your "Current" Rigs of doom.. NO OLD PICS ALLOWED
Thanks
As far as I know the G-card is not so amazing as you may think....
I try to have different kind of gear depending in what I want to play instead of having tones of the same and this is what I have for instrumental music.

3rd
Rack space
from the bottom is just a honeycomb blank that I installed some fans for cooling. Alex is right with space 4 on the DCR-1SR crybaby.
GREAT SOUNDING UNIT!
The pic is Geddy Lee and
Alex Lifeson
(My drummer sets weird stuff on my rig from time to time) Last week he placed a big Remo logo on the front... Why, dunno...he's silly like that...

So you parents allow you to spend the money of the cloths in guitar stuff? mmmmmm that's not very educational for a 14 yo boy..... not at all.

I can picture you at 18 looking like Tarzan playing some awesome equipment because you never spent the money to get new clothes or a haircut
Good luck with the GT8. They have a ton of power so have patience and you can squeeze out some serious sounds while mastering the operation of the unit.

Re: Show your "Current" Rigs of doom.. NO OLD PICS ALLOWED
I just bought a GT-8 as well (although I got mine for $300) and am having tons of fun with it. It's a deep unit, so as others have suggested, take your time getting to know it. Also, it works best if you can use the Dual Left/Right mode into two different amps. Way better way to combine sounds.

You have a thing for Destroyers obviously
Is that a MIJ 7VWH or MIC version?
