"Show Your Marshall" Thread

Over the years I've owned/played all kinds of amps - combos, stacks, rack-systems.....

and I always come back to Marshall Amps. I know they aren't for everyone, but lots of players swear by them. I personally think a good Marshall is untouchable for tone, attitude and looks.

If you're a Marshall guy - let's see pix of you playing one or pix of your amp.
Here's a pic of my bedroom practice rig.....

Nice spread but...
Geez, how many roadies do you employ for the bi-weekly band practice???

Must be nice and easier on the back to have to reach UP to adjust the amp.

It looks like the floor is sagging . . . Maybe your practice room should be in the basement

Re: "Show Your Marshall" Thread

The '59 is pre effects loop and has a Mercury Magnetics OT. The only reason I am selling is to fund my PGM10th. If I pay off the CC that I used to buy the 10th before the '59 sells, I keep it.

The Slash seems bright to my ears, but maybe I just haven't found the right settings. The jewel so far is the JTM, but it is LOUD...

Even at the lowest setting and with a dirt pedal, it sounds mean.

I want to either mod the '59 or pick up an older JMP to mod with a MV.
