I suppose you could get a
warmoth strat
body and a
warmoth neck
with their wizard profile - then you can choose pickups, bridge, everything....

Yeah, fretting in a fretsize of your choice is included in the price of the neck. Just to give you a rough idea - I priced up a pretty simple soloist style guitar about 2 weeks ago and it came to $670 US. Well worth it!

670 is a bit out of my budget, I was thinking getting something cheap
yet plays good, I want a guitar with H/H setup, and place a pair of Dimarzio PUs.

yeh i do!!!
this it wat I had in mind,
strat/solist body wiz H/H config, rare routed,
EBMM Neck style, wiz 12 to 22 scalloped, wizard profile. I actually I want
a 24
fret neck
, but I can't really use those on strat bodies.
I checked this out a warmoth, how much do you think something like
this would cost, inluding all the hardware. I want a floating bridge, possiably something like the ones used on
EBMM JPM
.
Thanks

You're going to have a hard time finding anything with a
scalloped neck
for cheap unless you do it yourself.
What is your budget?
The RG320FM is a pretty great guitar for the money, and if you want a
fixed bridge
, go for the mahogany RG321MH... it is probably the deal of the year. If you want a non-locking trem, check out the SA series. Drop a pair of new pickups in any of these, and you'll have a really good guitar for very little cash.
