switch two peavey XXXs with one pedal?

I'm probably gonna get another XXX combo to run stereo. I'd like to have just one channel pedal switch to control the two. It's a 7-pin cable. Do they sell Y-cables with the 7-pin? Where could i get one and would this work?

u might have to get a midi distribution box. with one of those u can send a signal from ur footswitch to the input and it will send the signal to any midi item u have selected it to send to. it's like a patch bay for midi.

What you want to do is slave one amp to the other. I'd use a stereo pedal of some sort, like a delay. Run the loop send to the pedal input. From there run one output to the return jack on your master amp, and the other one to the return jack on the slave amp. That way you only need to switch one.

Does any of that make sense?
