My main guitar is the RG (naturally!) and I run it through the Arion EQ into the AVT. I use the Arion as a lead boost.
The Hofner is a very unusual guitar, it has a neck like a tree trunk but is a great guitar, has a very bassy sound.

1987 RG560 (Breed HB and 2 Fast Track 1's, all splittable, finish sanded off and painted with PolyShades!!!) or early 90's Samick Tele copy or early 1970's LP Custom, Alvarez Yiairi CY116 classical, Seagull S6 Mahogany, Samick 5 string bass

GarageBand 1 on the iMac mostly, sometimes with a CryBaby in between. Just got a V-Amp Pro and DigiTech RP80, learning them.

Pedals are: DeArmond Volume, crybaby wah, cool cat chorus, tube screamer, metal zone, DOD 500 series compressor and delay, heil talk box, an ab switch and an aby switch.

Amps: Marshall DSL 401, Fender Blues DeVille 410, old gray front Peavey Classic (head only, now, to power talk box only.)

Picks are Dunlop .60 nylon. chorus and delay pedal need replacing - both suck. If I played out I'd replace them, but the V-Amp and Garage Band have some great long delays, and much more.

At the moment it's an Jem777DY into a Behringer X-Vamp ( on a Recti setting with a touch of delay and the expresh peddle set to wah), into a Trace Elliot Supertramp equiped with a Celestion Vintage 30.

I've been exploring this rig for some time now and I can honestly say it sounds great !
