It's better, but not as easy as a hardtail. Before you install it you have to setup your guitar perfectly. Notice that the tremol-no cannot act as a bridge block and if you change your strings to a heavier gauge, it will affect the bridge setup.
To be honest, if your guitar is properly setup, there won't be any tuning issues.
Tremol-no solves minor tuning issues, but if you go from hardtail mode to floating mode, the "system collapses" again.
I have it on my 1527 and I'm not thrilled with it. If I were you, I'd setup the guitar right and save the $150.
