triaxis 2:90 UK/USA power and compatabilty ?

hey guys



I just bought a UK triaxis (convenient, seeing as i live in ireland!) , and now im saving up for a 2:90. My question is, if i endup having to get an american 2:90 from evilbay , will i need anything else other than the USA to UK power converter adapter? I had to use one before when i bought a HiFi when i was in canada. ARe there any other compatability issues?

Also, would there be any problem in me connecting the above, into an american mesa 2x12 recto cab?

You will need a step down converter rated at the power levels of the amp. This is NOT one of those travel plugs!! It reduces the UK power supply from its 240v down to the amps 120v.Your local electronics chain should be able to help you with this as well as some hardware/tool shops. Obviously dont buy one until you have your amp and know all the specs/requirements of the amps power supply. There will be no other issues with your setup.
