Triaxis Failure , yes more stuff going wrong

Now this is stupid. While piecing together the live rig on tuesday something stupid happened. I had all of it put in the case, with the trixis to go and knocked it slightly where it was resting, and bam. of a speaker cabinet into the floor. Not good.

So I wire it up and find that:

->There is a signal going through it
->But it's clean for everything, as in no distortion at all.

What I am going to try this evening:
->Replacing the new set of valves with the old set (which still work, just are a bit old) to see if a valve has gone
->Open it up and check all the connections, via advice from the mesa-dealer in scotland.

But, if anyone has heard of this happening before or may know of anything else I can quickly look at then please tell me, as I have very little time to get it fixed now, and hopefully can get it working by wednesday next week ...

help!!!!!!

Oh, and Simon, if you are reading this, your power amp is fine (as I have been stupidly carefull with it)

Won´t you go to HC and post this topic on the MonsterRack forum ?

There´s a LOT of guys with Triaxis there, like "El Grinder"....

I would call or email Mesa Tech support ASAP, they can point you in the right direction and help resolve it over the phone. I have schemats for it, but I don't know where I stashed them right now.

It sounds like a switching issue to me where the controller's commands aren't being executed even though the parameters change.

Either way, call the boogie boyz...

THe problem seemed to be one of the connectors inside having got cracked/loosened. Either way, it wasn't too much of a repair job, and as a bonus I seem to have found a very good amp tech in london (even if he is hidden away) that may be able to do some customisation work if I ever fancy it!

So nothing too bad, and am a bit happier knowing it's alive again
